Local app data
Media Packs, custom styles, drafts, campaign preferences, and similar working data are primarily stored in the app or browser storage on your device. FoxxClip does not use this local working data as a cross-device cloud-sync service. Mobile-platform backup behavior is governed by the operating system and the native app configuration for that platform.
Account and authentication data
FoxxClip uses Clerk to provide authentication and account services. Clerk may process identifiers such as your email address, sign-in provider, account ID, and session information so you can securely access the app.
AI generation
When you ask FoxxClip to generate a Media Pack or other AI-assisted output, the brief, product information, instructions, and relevant reference context needed for that request may be sent to configured AI service providers. We use these providers to perform the generation you requested.
Analytics and service operation
We may use privacy-oriented product and website analytics, including Vercel Analytics, to understand aggregate usage and improve reliability and product experience. Operational logs may also be processed to diagnose failures, secure the service, and prevent abuse.
Production requests and payments
If you choose an optional done-for-you production service, FoxxClip may transmit the campaign context, contact details, and order information needed to fulfil that request. We may use service providers such as Resend for operational email delivery and Stripe for payment checkout. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not entered into FoxxClip.
Account and data deletion
Signed-in users can delete their FoxxClip account from Settings → Account deletion. This deletes the FoxxClip authentication account and clears FoxxClip local storage on the device where deletion is completed. If you no longer have the app, or you also want us to review data connected to a production request or support interaction, visit the FoxxClip account deletion page. Some transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required by law.
