By accessing or using VideoFoxx or FoxxClip, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Service
VideoFoxx and FoxxClip provide tools for planning, drafting, and producing marketing content. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and the rules of any platform where you publish or distribute content.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share authentication credentials, attempt to access another user’s account, interfere with the service, or bypass security, usage, or safety controls.
Your Inputs and Brand Assets
You retain your rights in the product information, photographs, screenshots, logos, prompts, and other materials you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use those materials, including any rights relating to people, trademarks, music, or third-party content.
AI-Generated Output
FoxxClip uses artificial intelligence to help generate campaign ideas, copy, production guidance, and media prompts. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to content produced for others. You must review claims, spelling, likenesses, rights, disclosures, and platform requirements before publishing or relying on output.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, exploitative, harassing, or otherwise harmful content, or to impersonate a person without authorization. We may limit or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Business Video Sprints and Managed Production
Where offered, Business Video Sprints and other managed production services are separately fulfilled creative services. Scope, price, deliverables, timing, revision expectations, and any refund or cancellation terms are those shown at checkout or otherwise agreed for the order. Payment for a managed production service does not by itself unlock FoxxClip app functionality; paid deliverables are produced and supplied as part of that separate service.
Payments and Third-Party Services
Payments, authentication, email delivery, hosting, and media-generation features may rely on third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by a third-party service, although we will take reasonable steps to keep the FoxxClip experience reliable.
Intellectual Property
VideoFoxx and FoxxClip retain rights in the service, software, branding, creator-style system, design, documentation, and underlying technology. Except for rights expressly granted to you, these terms do not transfer ownership of the FoxxClip platform or our proprietary materials.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Where account deletion is available in FoxxClip, deleting your account removes the account through our authentication provider, subject to any information we must retain for legal, security, payment, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record obligations.
Service Availability and Changes
Features, providers, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and Limitation
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee campaign performance, sales, reach, platform approval, or the accuracy of AI-generated output. To the extent permitted by law, VideoFoxx and FoxxClip are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service, commercial model, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
